Vande Bharat Express: An Excellent Travelling Option by Ministry of Railways

Vande Bharat Express: Lord Shri Ram’s city Ayodhya has become magnificent due to its vast development in recent years. It is a dream destination for the people of India and as well as for the people across the world. If a person is travelling from Patna which is the capital of Bihar then Vande Bharat will be a great option. As soon as Ram Lalla’s consecration ceremony has been done a large number of devotees are reaching Ayodhya in very large numbers.

Due to this situation, the Railways are working even harder to accumulate an even larger number of devotees. Three trains go to or pass through Patna to Ayodhya in the east. If a person is going to Ramnagari then Vande Bharat will be an excellent choice for a pleasant journey. Here, air service to Ayodhya through Spice Jet has also started four days a week from this month. There are a total of four buses which are also being operated. If we are planning to make the journey of the devotees easier, the Ministry of Railways has now decided to give the gift of Vande Bharat.

Great endeavours are being made to provide excellent facilities to the extra crowd of passengers and devotees on this route. It is being planned by the Railways to run Vande Bharat Express train on this route from next month. This train’s two rakes will reach Patna this month. The completion of survey work for the operation of the train has also been done. Before Holi, it is expected that Vande Bharat operations will also be started on this route. There will be a completion of the journey from Vande Bharat to Ayodhya within 8 hours instead of 10.

In the present time, passengers complete the distance of 508 km by express train from Ayodhya to Lucknow station via Patna Junction, Arrah, DDU, Varanasi in 10 hours. Vande Bharat Express will go from Patna Junction to Lucknow via Arrah, Buxar, DDU, Jaunpur, Ambedkar Nagar, and Ayodhya. Regarding Danapur the survey work, DDU and Varanasi Railway Division routes have already been completed. Moreover, there is a plan to run Vande Bharat between Patna and Lucknow which will run via Ayodhya.

This project has been allotted to the Railway Board from the Rail Coach Factory for the rake of Lucknow-Patna Bande Bharat Express. The board may soon issue train-related notifications. If we talk about the fare from Patna to Ayodhya then currently it is 1000 to 1500 rupees (depending on the class) by normal trains, 800 to 1000 rupees by bus and about 3000 rupees by plane. As far as official sources of Railways are to be believed then travelling in executive class of Vande Bharat Express may cost Rs. 2500 to 2800. But still, the final decision regarding fare has not been taken yet.
